Dim Sum is traditionally eaten in a large room, with waiters pushing carts and carts of steaming goodness from table to table. IXLB takes the cuisine and flips it on it's head, offering only sparse counter space in the primarily to-go location. That doesn't mean the dumplings are any less well prepared though. You can't go wrong with a single thing on this menu. Order a bunch to share with friends (as dim sum is traditionally done) or just pig out on your own!
