Description
The burger is synonymous with Los Angeles. And in recent years, the go to style has been a smash burger - one or two patties smashed into thin, crispy chunks of meaty goodness. While HiHo didn't pioneer this technique, they did get very very close to perfecting it. With 100% grass-fed Wagyu beef from New Zealand, these guys are serving up some of the best (healthiest??) smash burgers in Los Angeles.
